Vocus
Unifying four telecom brands into a single scalable digital platform.
Impact
Unified four fragmented brand websites into a single scalable digital platform, establishing the foundation for smarter, more personalised customer experiences.
Context
Vocus operated four independent brand websites — Vocus, Commander, Engin and Challenge Networks — each running on different CMS platforms. This created operational inefficiencies, inconsistent brand experiences and a fragmented approach to content delivery that no longer reflected the company’s evolving product strategy.
At the same time, Vocus needed to modernise its technology stack to support future growth, including improved SEO performance, WCAG AA accessibility compliance and more efficient content authoring across teams.
Direction
We defined a consolidated digital platform strategy, bringing the brand ecosystem together on a modern Enterprise Digital Experience Platform (DXP). The approach focused on unifying the user experience while enabling a more flexible content architecture and streamlined editorial workflows.
The platform was designed with future capability in mind, integrating with a Content Experience Platform and Customer Data Platform to support AI-driven personalisation and future ecommerce opportunities.
Outcome
The new platform established a cohesive digital ecosystem for Vocus, improving operational efficiency while enabling richer, more personalised customer experiences — and providing a scalable foundation for the company’s next phase of digital growth.
